This modern boutique villa is split on 3 levels where you can relax, disconnect, and fully embrace the island lifestyle.

On the first level, you will find an open-concept living space with a double airy area with its glass skylight semi-open to the sky. It is also air conditioned and decorated with an exclusively hand painted wall by the local French painter@ESPA
The terracotta floors and wood high-ceilings mixed with the minimalist modern deco coupled with vintage refurbished furnitures bring chic and a lot of cachet to your Caribbean sojourn.
The adjacent formal dining area features a locally designed wood table with 12 seatings opened to the outdoor terrace.

Next to it is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end features and its central island is perfectly fit for a chef or your own cooking experience with a delightful ocean view.

On mornings, you can enjoy your local herbal infusion on the semi covered patio or on the open sun-kissed terrasse space surrounding the Bali style infinity salt water pool
On evening, you can watch the cruise-ships leaving the island’s waters in an amazing sunset scenery from a lounger surrounded by the planters filled with palms trees make the terrasse area feel hidden away in a tropical greenery where a gas barbecue makes light work of alfresco dinner.

Directly accessible from the living space are three private deluxe king size air conditioned bedrooms offering a warm and cozy sensation of being at home, with one giving direct access to the pool terrasse. Each has its own en-suite shower.

Climb the redesigned spiral staircase which leads to the second level to access another privative area with an air conditioned honeymoon-worthy master king sized suite with its own bathtub and private terrasse with ocean view with tropical trees in the foreground. As you walk down to the ground level, there is an air conditioned studio with its private entrance and deck terrace covered by a wooden pergola and is is fully equipped with a kitchenette, mini bar area for 2, a king sized bed and its own glass-roof infinity shower

The entire six bedroom villa is filled with large glass slidding doors for you enjoy the view of the ocean and breezy free-flowing environment.

A short walk will get you to the small Pelican key beach where you might have the luck to meet one of the rare Pelican bird remaining on the island. The area is also perfect for evening strolls and kid friendly.
